I dont think the penalty try was cut and dried, he didn't have the ball in his hand. had still got to catch it and place down. IMO it should of been a penalty and a sin bin for a pro foul.
The brain explosion by the whole team in the dying seconds of the 1st half kept Cas in the game, shouldnt really blame just Cam Smith, they were all keeping the ball alive and playing like we were 2 behind in the dying seconds of the game.
A win is a win, wasn't pretty by either side. all you can try and do is beat what's in front of you, they came to spoil and did it reasonably well

In the NRL Grand final the player had full control of the ball and it was dislodged by the defender knocking the ball out of his hands by his foot. An illegal move but used by some full backs ( Wellans & Tompkins ).
