The attack has been woeful, week after week. The contrast with opponents set plays to move the ball wide with structure is clear every single week

The utter shambles of 6th tackle plays (when we get that far in a set) is embarrassing, caught in possession, failure to kick etc

Even individual skills appear to be going backwards, the quality of passing is regressing, slow, misdirected, often hitting the floor

If no one is panicking then its time they started. The responsibility for addressing the above in professional sport sits with the coaching team, and they are coming up horribly short

So McGuire wasn't match fit what are your excuses for Hardaker and Cuthbertson?

I actually thought the effort last night was pretty typical of the season so far - the last 20 minutes last night was as good as it has been for several weeks - so I think you are wrong.

I thought they would win last night, Cas had more injuries and more injuries to key players than Leeds and on paper they have a weaker squad and inferior training facilities.

So how do you explain a performance like that without questioning the effectiveness of both sets of coaches?

You can continue to scrape together even more excuses eventually you will reach a cul de sac and have to consider the coaching set up.

This club needs a big shake up - the first person out the door needs to be Zac followed by McDermott

Yes, criticising the effort (or lack of it) from the majority of the team last night is really making excuses.....again you just ramble on autopilot without reading.

Will agree about Hardaker. Think the effort from the oldest guys like JJB and Burrow is still there and from the youngest guys like Lilley and Golding, but that middle age group with the likes of Watkins, Singleton, Hall, Cuthbettson, Sutcliffe, Ferres, Walters etc. with Hardaker seemingly the core leader in the dressing room of that bracket seems a bad influence on the group and a millions miles away from what we had with Sinfield.

What I want to know is which day next week my Uncle Gary's 'Honestly its all ok and we should all really get behind the team and coach' email is going to arrive!

Leeds look like a team that know they are going to get beat no matter what happens - that attitude needs addressing and if they don't believe what the coach is telling them then that also needs addressing

Thank goodness there's no crisis otherwise I hate to think what last night's scoreline could have been.

I think it's a real mistake as the team seem to feel it will all work out ok and that's the message this gives. I really like Brian Mc but he keeps saying the attitude is good and he is happy how the team are. Last night when ask if his targets have changed he said he didn't understand and he wants to win the grand final (More of less). He would have been far better to say "We need to get back to playing well, winning consistently and climb the table and see where that takes us"

I was amused when he came out with that, he should of said what you said. Maybe he thinks because its mathamatically possible you can but its not miracle possible.

If we give away a pen and the kick to touch is good that set is a 4/6 pointer for every team in the league.

If that doesn't change we could be in the million pound match. Then we are 80 minutes from the unthinkable.

I genuinely believe if we ended up in that position things would have been so bad we arnt staying up.

Every Leeds result so far this season had followed the exact same pattern, in that first to score went on to win the game.

That was until the Huddersfield Cup game and again on Friday V Castleford. Confidence has been low most of the season, it now appears almost non-existant even when leading.

Sometimes the cure is someone to come in from outside and reboot the whole team. If we take BM and any number of players at their word, spirit is good and everyone continues to work very hard in training to put things right.

That doesn't match the performances Leeds are putting out, which look more and more like a team who's collective collapse in confidence and belief is almost complete, to the point that some of our most experienced players are failing to perform the most basic tasks either individually or collectively.

Cas' first try for me was a prime example of this. PTB nearly central and yet Leeds are very low on numbers on the right side defence. As a result they're spread too far apart, Cas move the ball left and the line (which wasn't straight or moving up as a unit) staggers, inviting Cas to take a one man tackle and offload for the try. Cas didn't do anything special at all, just played what they saw which was an amateur standard defence. Last year we would have seen players pushing from the inside helping make up numbers, and the line as a whole moving as a unit to defend.

How long do you honestly believe that the ticket buying masses will tolerate the BS that is being spun by the club?

We're constantly being told that there's a positive vibe in the camp and that it's just a matter of time before the boys 'click' and the results start coming. I read press releases, twitter and Facebook posts, emails for the CEO telling that all is good in da hood and things will get well soon.... honest!!!

Man up Gary and let us know what's really rotten in the State of Denmark. Something is fundamentally wrong.

Maybe BMcD has lost the dressing room or there is internal unrest over pay and all the players are proving a point - something is a miss and simply telling us that "is really not that bad" is just adding insult to injury.

If Leeds Rhinos were a restaurant it'd be struggling on Trip Advisor and banging out Groupon vouchers left, right and centre. The fact that it's not is simply down to the loyalty of its fan base and feeding that revenue stream with a constant line of BS is frankly insulting.

What do you honestly think that'll achieve? People only want to know out of personal intrigue, not because they think it'll help the situation by airing dirty laundry.
