In what way? Rather than your brash unfounded statements with childish pictures, explain it. Who know you might be right, but try it.

Agree entirely on Delaney. And I said the same about Moon defence last night, though will wait for stats to see if so.
As for Briscoe have you seen his yardage in games? That I think is why he does and should get the call over BJB, although unlucky for him.
As for the kicking, please, don't tell me it is a game plan to put a ball straight down a player like Matty Boowens throat. Have a word.'"
We must agree to differ on the first point - I thought they had a good share of the game and the match was closer than the score suggested.
How many of those yards are generated from dropping back and collecting kicks - Bowen's yardage last night must have been huge - any fullbacks would have been last night with our kicking game. Its his attack - playing outside Watkins should be a dream but he bombs too many chances for me. IMO BJB would have converted more than Briscoe last night
On a another subject I thought Bailey was really good last - shows what he can contribute when he puts his mind to it.

Where did Briscoe bomb any last night? I think there have been occasions other games, but last night? The one he took on the touch line and showed brilliant skill to get a kick in whilst tackled was one of the few passes he received.
The point on returning kicks is correct but important. That yardage from him each game, with Hall, is what is putting the side on the front foot.

| Great performance to batter a close rival but still plenty to work on. Our points conceded is so good because we have an aggressive never say die attitude but we missed a lot of tables heyday and I doubt mac will be happy about the tries conceded either

How ironic that first statement.
Remind yourself what I put again, and how you responded.
Yes people were full of praise for the TEAM. That wasn't what you were trying to argue so like a child.
I said thought Delaney was off it, didn't make the yardage and thought he had missed four tackles. I countered that by saying to be fair the very narrow 10m didn't help him. I further said I could be being harsh and will wait for stats. I said the same with Moon defence, and that there was plenty of missed tackles.
Really let's be honest, you just try to play billy big boy, without the substance to back it up.
If I was harsh I will say it. But then again, it's not as if I have said anything derogatory is it.

BJB could also make those yards IMO - most of the time the first 20 metres is simply running into fresh air and BJB is equally as quick if not quicker than Briscoe. BJB has a more elusive running style his balance is superb

I don't disagree with that. But Briscoe is far far superior at actually making further yardage in the collision, and playing the ball.
That is why I think he has the edge. It is a good headache to have. Wish we had same conundrum for backrow also.

| The two Leeds wingers and the FB were immense both in attack and defence last night. To nitpick one 50-50 incident speaks volumes IMHO.

| I see stats now out.
39 missed tackles for the team.
Moon missed 7, McGuire missed 4, Delaney 3, Ablett 3, Hall 3.
Top tackler Achurch with 38. Peacock 34, Delaney 32.
Hall 9m per carry, Briscoe just short, and Hardaker over 8. Between them 440 metres, with Peacock doing another 200.
Delaney just over 6 per carry, off 13 carries, no tackle busts and no breaks. So as stated by watching, not that effective, but also as stated mainly down to the narrow 10m which can be excused.

Yes Delaney made 6 yards per carry but they were quality hard yards into the heart of the Wigan pack. It took a lot out of them. Its a combined effort that pure stats dont reflect. Watch the game not the stats.

Let's be honest you jumped in having a go for no reason.
Possibly to your first question.
The yards made were no different to the yards of the other forwards. It was a very narrow 10 that played a part, as I said, and as I said before you started having a go. I thought other forwards had more impact though across the board, however 32 tackles is not to be sniffed at.

you damn with feint praise.
32 tackles is a really good effort at that level + 13 carries another good effort - 6 yards is an average carry only! it doesnt tell the 5 tacklers it took to put him down each time.
I repeat watch the game not the stats

| A good all round performance ,especially compared to the saints london dross served up on the previous night.
I was pleased at Achurch ,looks like he will make the grade. At various stages of the game sinfield played a captains role he seemed to lift us when we were flagging.
We did not seem to miss burrow, the big question is were we better with out him.
Wigan played a big part in a thoroughly entertaining match. When they get their top players back there will be very little between the two teams.
I suspect this match is just the first round in what will be some epic battles between us and Wigan .
Both teams look to be superior to the rest of the pack and that includes saints. I can't finish without mentioning peacock, another top performance performed under some highly agressive and niggly tackling from Wigan .
