Minns doesn't really deserve to lose his place but it looks like Bjb will definately play so i'd put Baldwinson on the bench who imo would be better in the BR than Minns.

Very unlikely I would suggest given the nature of the job these guys do - they are not office workers like us. If you need an op caused by the job you do logically is very likely that continuing to do that same job is going to aggravate the problem. Also the player will not be playing at his optimum physically, is that what you want in your toughest set of fixtures?

We still go back to the point I raised in response to your devil's advocate point - the strength of the squad is what counts, you need to be able to interchange players with minimal disruption. To do that all squad members need to feel confident they can contribute when selected - how can this be achieved if the depth of the squad is rarely called upon? The coach would rather play tried and tested squad members capable of 70-80% physical capability than a young emerging player capable of 100%.

Speaking of Hardaker, to accommodate Minns, can anyone see him playing 6 with Sutcliffe at 13? He pretty much played as half for most of the 2nd half last week. It means we could have 4 forwards on the bench too.

According to Wikipedia, Brett Delaney was a goal kicker for Gold Coast & Parramatta at some point. Maybe an option if he's kept on practicing.
