There was once a notorious poster who frequently trolled these boards called Agent Provocateur, a sad individual whose sole purpose was to wind up other posters.
Granted he was intelligent and very knowledgeable with regards to RL but a right royal pain.
Anyway one day he sailed a little too close to the wind and was banned then, as a parting shot, had a serious dig at both this boards moderator and administrator, also swearing never to return.
Guess who is back?

While ever we rely on volunteers (parents etc) although valued that they are, we will always have some that don't wish to be educated and rather play live out their ego through their junior team playing 1 out rugby focusing on a handfull of players with others discarded. I see it all the time. Though I know there are those who do want to be educated to instil the right development at the right ages.
Wigan st pats have all scholarship/SA experienced coaches hence their quality. At our club we are introducing a mentoring system to develop the coaches.
On another note, I'd like to see us adopt the Aus system of size/weight categories rather than age so that children can develop skill in the right environment and also not get turned off the game when they're clattered by a bigger kid.
