Well said! You know you are going to get Saints fans trolling and if the boot was on the other foot, I would certainly welcome the Leeds fans trolling. Its all part of our rivalry but when fans of mid table teams come trolling its just embarassing. |

After watching the Sky rerun, it was just an old fashioned bit of biff. I'm not condoning it, but RL is a contact sport, and passion sometimes spills over into handbags and fisticuffs. I'm sure the players have a drink together after the game.
FWIW, Peacock should IMO have been shown a RED, and I reckon he was expecting it when the Ref was getting the card out of his pocket.
Good game. Fair result. No complaints. Very enjoyable night out in the cold, although my Manly fleece hat kept my head warm  |

Its great to see so much passion from the man, but he needs to keep a lid on it. Much as he doesn't want anyone challenging him in the tough guy stakes, he can win the game from the stands.
Maybe its his way of getting a bit more rest in a match

Two props having a difference of opinion is not now (and never has been) a reason to send anyone off.
Peacock went over the shoulder, Perry didn't like it pushed Peacock after the play the ball (therefore first offence was by Perry) Peacock reacted and the rest is history.
Deserving of a double sin-binning yes but that's all, IMO. |

I enjoyed the Peacocks rumble in the jungle.
It reminded my of the State Of Origin game from the 80's where opposite numbers would just 'have a go' with each other. They both seemed keen to do so.
Good fight. But it was foolish for Peacock to get sucked into it. They fell into a huge bear trap. Even though both teams were down to 12, I knew who were going to take advantage of the space. Leeds leaked 2 trys in the first half, and they were both leaked when we were down to 12. They were cutting holes through our defence anyway, so the extra space was only going to result in trys conceeded. Not our brightest moment.
