Anyway back on thread – ish, I heard that the problem with developing the Western Terrace was because of the light deprivation issues to the houses that back on to the stand.

I also heard that Caddick had purchased these houses some time ago and rents them out as student lets, which means that if there were plans to develop the WT then it would be unlikely to get a great deal of objections from local residents.

I heard that too. To be fair because of room issues all they can really do is re surface the stand and add a roof.

Those damn students getting in the way of everything.
