Would love to see him play for Leeds. Came back this weekend against Cronulla and had a very good game.

Doubt St George will let him go anywhere with Gasnier going. I don't think they would've wanted him to go even if Gasnier was staying

Does anybody have an inkling as to who the new centre (and the other signing) are rumoured to be. GH is keeping his cards close to his chest! I hope we're all not going to be dissappointed!

where has GH come out and said that there will be an announcement soon about new signings? Have I missed this confirmation or are people just wildly speculating, as usual?

Over the last couple of years the overseas recruits have not been good. In the glory years we had some cracking signings. I await to be pleasantly surprised but I agree with your sentiment. Do you know any more?

Was it last year when he went to Aus that he stated he was going to not only look for players for the 2011 season but also forwards from that? That gets me excited but then I remember what we have signed recently and get rather down hearted. I hate using the term but we need a marque signing in the squad and if Buderus is going, adding in Senior, Burgess, Cross, poss Ali et al there must be room to do it.

If he's good enough for the NSW selectors he's good enough for Leeds.

He still has a lot to offer. And he's a very good defender so hopefully he can help develop Watkins

Lets remember that according to GH, Cross was a 'golden signing'. GH's recent record in the NRL is not good.

In any event, I'd prefer us to go for someone English (if possible) rather than another Delaney.

They had to keep him considering they are going to be losing Gasnier, Boyd and a couple of forwards at the end of the season although i think they've also signed Chase Stanley to replace Gasnier from the Storm and they already have his brother Kyle Stanley who will take over the FB role when Boyd leaves.
