| Quote: Frosties. "Out of contract players able to talk to other clubs from tomorrow (officially).
James Donaldson, David Fusitua, Corey Johnson, Rhyse Martin, Tom Nicholson-Watton, Luis Roberts are all out of contract with us.
Think it’s already apparent with the signing of Hall that Fusitua is leaving.
I won’t be surprised if Donaldson, Johnson and Roberts join that list. Roberts only because Edgell, J Smith, McCormack, Lumb are highly rated at the club.'"
Martin aside I am not sure that the OOC players will be top of other clubs list to phone first!

| If we can keep Martin / no good strike BR available i would for a year or two.TNW we should keep too.
Hopefully Fusi, Donaldson etc are moving on no matter what.

| Shame about CJ, he could have been the answer to the hooking role if he hadn't taken the time out or had come back stronger. I'd look to retain Martin and think TNW has signed again already, but the others can all leave with varying degrees of thanks. I wouldn't be surprised to see other players in contract also leaving too.

Which Leeds player currently contracted do you believe would be offered a better deal elsewhere that means they would request a contract release? Don't see any likely bits for players filling cap space! Best we can hope for is a couple of quality additions in the pack. Ideally a prop and a big second row of the fitzgibbon/Sironen mould and hopefully a better coached structured team.If we get the pack right and approach games differently from a tactical basis we could look a completely different team. The level of injuries we have had in the threequarters the last couple of years to me is connected to the amount of donkey work they have to do out of defence. Not sure if the budget stretches that far but its McMeekan and an experienced NRL prop for me and go with the kids in the backs.

| Is it confirmed Holroyd will leave?
Shame if he does as I was a big fan but don`t think he`s kicked on this season or the last tbf.
Martin I can see and understand him leaving to play for the new club in the NRL.
But like what`s been mentioned a Fitzgibbon/Sironen type BR would be high on the list along with a couple of props at least 1 in the Lisone mould.
Any thoughts of Cam Smith playing prop Frawley to LF and Sinfield to SH against London?

| Good thing we don't need young British props that are academy trained.

| Holroyd is one of 4 SL props Souths are interested in. Tom Amone from Leigh, and George Delaney at Saints are 2 of the others. I doubt Holroyd goes anywhere at the moment. Frankly, he hasn't even shown his body can handle consistent SL game time, so Souths would be mad to go for him, at this point, IMO

| This Holroyd story seems like BS to me, why would Souths be interesting in a bloke who can't seem to get on the field regularly in SL? No doubt he has the potential to be a good player, but availability is a great ability to have and at the moment he comes up short there.

| South’s are a basket case at the minute. They are spent to cap and squad needs an overhaul. They probably see the SL market as a realistic way to change things up for 2025. They probably think all young, promising British props could turn out like Burgess brothers……

| Now then everyone, I’ve been working away again and I’ve not been able to comment on this rabble of a season nor have had any updates on intel. I knew Fraudley wouldn’t work out and it hasn’t. Our spine doesn’t work and our props aren’t big enough, bar Lisone. Sangare is like Earl Crabtree, has so much size and the potential to be a barn stormer but run into challenge like a cuddly animal! Along with Rohan’s terrible tactics and persistence our inability to attract young players without throwing money at them is horrible. In my opinion we have been very lucky to get the amount of wins we have this season. Anyway I know this is the wrong board to say this so here is my update from my mate who has supposed to have been more in the know due to his new position, however it seems things are kept really quiet apart from a few things he managed to get and this is genuine. It seems we have an interest for French players as we have offered Julian Bousquet a 2 year deal as of quite recent, not sure on what will happen. Rhyse Martin has been offered a new 2 year deal aswell but he’s still undecided. A hunt for a new 7 has already started apparently aswell. Save the best till last. Again this no bull from me at all. We have offered and are close to agreeing a marquee deal for Josh Papalii. Now I hope that comes off and Leeds are confident they can. I’m not sure how updates I’m going to get but I will try. Happy bank holiday!
