| Kevin Sinfield's next appearance will be his 450th for Leeds in All Comps.
_____
Kylie Leuluai's next appearance will be his 200th for Leeds in All Comps and he'll join his fellow antipodean Ali Lauitiiti in equal 11th as they share top overseas billing.
1 - Kevin Sinfield 449
2 - Rob Burrow 371
3 - Keith Senior 365
4 - Danny McGuire 309
5 - Jamie Jones-Buchanan 295
6 - Ryan Bailey 281
=7 - Francis Cummins 268
=7 - Barrie McDermott 268
9 - Matt Diskin 264
10- Jamie Peacock 210
11 - Ali Lauitiiti 200
12 - Kylie Leuluai 199
Leuluai will then be tracking down the Kiwi with the (all time) most Leeds appearances to his name - Bert Cook on 210.
_____
Rob Burrow with his next league outing will draw level with Keith Senior in 2nd spot behind Sinfield in terms of SL Regular Round appearances with Leeds.
1 - Kevin Sinfield 359
2 - Keith Senior 297
3 - Rob Burrow 296
_____
Ryan Hall needs one try to register 150 for the Headingley club in All Comps.
Leeds SL Era - Top Ten Try-Scorers:
1 - Danny McGuire 228
2 - Keith Senior 171
3 - Rob Burrow 153
4 - Ryan Hall 149
5 - Francis Cummins 136
6 - Mark Calderwood 106
7 - Scott Donald 92
8 - Brent Webb 87
9 - Chev Walker 86
10 - Kevin Sinfield 76
(are there any top ten lists at Leeds covering the SL Era which Sinfield isn't on)

| Quick question.
In this year's handbook there is a list of those who have captained Leeds in major finals (which they count as CC, WCC, GF or CH, JPS, YC, PR and Floodlit). The list is however incomplete, as far as I can tell, as it doesn't include the captains of our 1987/88 JPS team or the 1988 YC. My best guess is Tunks for the first and Crooks for the latter. Am I right?

I agree with you and lionarmour87. Lee Crooks was definitely the Leeds captain at Elland Road when they picked up the Yorkshire Cup - despite one photo caption I recall at the time claiming 'Leeds skipper Garth Crooks.' I'm almost equally certain that Peter Tunks was installed as captain after his delayed arrival in '87 although I also recall Leeds handing the armband to Lee Crooks for Tunks' debut as Leeds faced Hull at Headingley in the opening round of the YC just a few months after his reluctant arrival at LS6 from the Boulevard.

I don't have such records but I imagine they would all feature somewhere close to the summit, probably with Gentleman Jim Brough sat at the top.
Another name I'd throw in from my own era would be Alan Smith who I think played his final game as a 39 year old - as a try-scorer on a wet Headingley afternoon V Widnes when he embarrassed one of the Myler clan watching the ball in the in-goal area as Smith pounced cat-like to score. A game I also remember for the inclusion of a few teenage prospects alongside the twenty-one season veteran - Leeds' only other try-scorer in the 10-5 win Mark Campbell and Des Armitage.
I was wondering how old the Jeffasaurus (Jeff Grayshon) might have been in his brief Leeds career but it turns out he was a mere 37 in his final game for the club - so alongside John Holmes in that regard.

Crooks went off with a dislocated shoulder in the SF IIRC - don't think he played in the final.
I have feeling it was tunks.

I'd forgotten that. He was distraught as it was his drinking arm.

| Before Friday, in terms of the SL Regular Rounds, there were three teams who had a better win to loss ratio when facing Leeds - now there are two (St Helens and Wigan) as the Leeds win at Odsal finally drew them level with their local rivals in this one aspect and did so for the first time during the SL Era.
As commented on yesterday on the Lowes thread, his playing retirement marked what appears to be a turning point in this fixture
SL Regular Rounds - Leeds V Bradford - 1996 to 2003.

| What are the St Helens' figures, TVOC? And how do they change if you add Grand Finals into the calculation?

If you add the SL Play-Off results to the Regular Rounds Leeds are still trailing St Helens but it's a little closer - add the Challenge Cup and it's a little worse again.
Leeds V St Helens

| From a comment made on SKY - it appears the last (and possibly only previous) time it has happened in SL was the 8th August 1999 when Wigan defeated Huddersfield at the McAlpine Stadium 60 points to 10.
Wigan's backs lined up :
Kris Radlinski
Jason Robinson, Gary Connolly, Danny Moore, Paul Johnson
Greg Florimo, Tony Smith
All the above scored a try each bar Smith who bagged a brace.
(Gavin Clinch came off the bench and also scored a try.)
