Im not sure who we’ve got that can go at full back instead of Handley? Sutcliffe has played there and with not much success.

But Handley is as bad as you can get, if you are looking for someone reading the game, as the fullbacks should be. Surely Newman would be better. Handley could play centre to replace, and do the things that suit him, run it in.

I did wonder if maybe Newman would be a better choice, I have a different opinion to you on Handley as a winger but agree totally with you on him in the fullback spot.

Liam Sutcliffe actually makes a pretty good back up full back. Glad to see Holroyd starting. It would be bad enough putting Bodene on bench, but starting is ridiculous. How many training sessions has he had? Mind you, the few times we got into scoring positions against Saints, we looked like we'd never played together before.

Lots of loose sloppy contact and losing collisions, discipline and errors slightly improved but not good enough still. Need to address the imbalance of territory early as it could quickly run away again.
