Most of the fans I saw yesterday around us would have been too sed to notice if Tony Smith did sit next to them.

Quote: Richie Ramrod "Yes, for those who keep telling us how good King Kev is well watch that for a true benchmark, a truly shocking, lightweight, clueless performance for Leeds all time great who is what I have always said, a decent clubman playing against the likes of Wakefield and Salford.

As for McGuire, thats the end of his International career - where the hell has this kids pace gone?'"

Quote: LS14 RHINO "People who are bagging McGuire and Smith for the Aussie tries, look who there up against, Inglis, he does the same thing against NSW in Origin every year and in the NRL week in week out and against better defenders aswell. How do you stop him when nobody can, it's just this week it was McGuire and Smith who copped it, there not the first and sure wont be the last.
McGuire had a poor game but he also has a new half back every game next to him and the team is never the same. Put Eastmond and Tomkins in the halfs next week and see how they get on but i bet there's no organisation, when the going gets tough they wont be knowhere to be seen. Look at the Aussies in key postions, Slater, Lockyer, Thurston and Smith play every game for them and for Queensland aswell so they no each others game. Start throwing different players together everygame and there not gonna play well especially when your playing the best team.
TS needs to pick his best team and stick with it.'"

Im bagging Mcguire cos hes crap. A half back who cant pass to his right more than a meter. Jesus H Christ, how embarassing is that

Am I the only one who finds it disturbing that a died-in-the-wool loose forward performs better than the incumbent?

Such was the poor passing that occurred from Roby, by the time the receiver of the ball had hit his second stride the opposition defence was in their fourth and full of momentum. We never had any opportunity to gain any go-forward. Sinfield changed that.

If NZ display the same line speed next week as they did last, we will get annihilated with Roby at dummy half.

The problems with the right hand side defence were rectified by dropping Briscoe and putting mith to the wing.

That is what I would do next week.

Sinfield was the most creative England player in the 1st half (not saying much) and was head and shoulders the most creative player in the 2nd half whether at hooker or stand off when he came back off the bench.

McGuire was terrible IMO.

Next week I would go with Sinfield at 6 and Tomkins at 7.

Not as bad as one that "vanishes" or a 9 that can't pass but lets not get into a p'$$ing contest because we all know when we leave you enough rope you'll do the job yerself!!

Not a bad call but who would you have at 9 and don't you think eastmond deserves a crack in the halfs with Tompkins???

WE ARE LEEDS!!

Nice to see you defending the indefencible, it really is a sad state of affairs when you cant even for one second take your Leeds blinkers off and admit that yesterday they were garbage.

And the best thing now is that a player who plays loose forward for his side (a Leeds great according to some) is that inept he is moved to hooker and now...................

Gareth wants him at 6!! icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Sinfield at 6, that'll work, his pace and speed of passing will scare them to death, no really it will.

What a fooking state this board is in with contributions like that.

Gareth wants him at 6!! Just for the record how is it defending the indefensible??????
I have said they had bad matchs but there are clearly some "you included" who just want to slate players because they had 1 bad game.
Why aren't they doing it to JP or Burgess after his fubars???
Your Sinfield obsession is as daft as you have been all season but don't let that get in the way of tthe drivel you post.
P.S Let's not forget you've been championing a 7 that's 2 yrs past it and Pryce who mcguire has out-played in the last 3 GF's so i think you need a rest icon_biggrin.gifAISY:

Tinyrod, Tinyrod, Tinyrod.

With every passing post you embarrass yourself even further. You were itching to stick the boot into Sinfield. You didn't even wait for the game to finish. You choose a game where he played well and, like you did with Diskin this season, lost the minuscule shred of credibility you probably never had anyway.

You're not as stupid as you make out (lets face it who could be). Why don't you drop the AP act. You're a pale imitation, you lack of his rugby knowledge and you knack the intelligence to pull off the uber troll.

Just stick to discussing rugby. I would converse more with you if you did and then you might learn something about the game.

Sinfield at 6 is all you need to tell me about your knowledge of Rugby League.

Having said that he was that great yesterday they moved him to hooker, oh yes what a player.
