I don't agree with the loop games, its just too one sided. Also why should 3rd & 4th be away while lower finishing teams get home advantage.

I'd presume if the odds play the evens in loop fixtures and the evens play the odds, then it makes sense for the above format so you don't end up playing a team 4 times in the regular season. |

1v3,2v4 etc are the games for Magic Weekend so are at neutral venues.
The loop games I'd guess would be sequenced so for example we are playing teams finishing 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th - we'd either play 1st/5th/9th at home and 3rd/7th/11th away or vice versa. |

Not necessarily. If London beat them in the MPG then we finished 10th and lost to 13th/best of the worst/next year's favourites for the championship. |
