I know you don't attend the games you say you do because your comments reflect the comments of the commentators on Sky - unless you are watching the game on Sky Go at the game which I doubt very much the only way you can make those comments is because you not actually at the game but watching on TV.

You might think we are very stupid and your crass comments will deflect attention away from the reality but the only idiot is you - even after it was pointed out to you you couldn't resist posting whilst watching on TV. Ive heard the same (or similar) as Gotcha that theres 2 players "unsettled". One is apparently wanting out over a disagreement with McDermott and I know who that one is. The other I'd just heard isn't happy and "thinking" of leaving but I don't know who it is or why.

As for the one I know about (or have been told about) if it's true then it's a bit of 50/50 in my view. Because the player in question has had warnings about his attitude and professionalism in the fairly recent past.

And I can't recall posting "go for the 1 pointer or chip over the top" or that my posts sound just like Phil Clarke who is usually anti-Leeds and I'm accused of being too rose tinted Leeds. I don't think anybody on here posts in a similar style to the guff they sprout.

Seriously though, I like McDermott but this is all just getting a bit too much and to be as bad as we are at current surely suggests to me that either there's something wrong with the coaching, or the players don't want to play for the coach. Either way if this is the case..... It's the coach that has to go for me

I imagine that Hardaker and Watkins would get plenty of offers if they were free. Others would get offers but if any of the team go to market they may be surprised at how much lower any offers may be than they were a year ago. A playing career of 10 years is a lot - to have a full year playing dreadfully is really a big chunk of your working life.

Yeah I agree I can imagine Watkins and Hardaker still being able to attract pretty much similar offers to 12 months ago regardless of their form. With Watkins it's not like SL is full of quality centres that people wouldn't want to snap him up and hope to get him playing at his best. If we are just talking SL clubs then I could see Koukash happily throwing big money at them to make a headline signing, whether they'd want to go there or to a team who presented them we stronger title winning chances is another question though.

Suppose with other players it could come down to timing/luck. If a club really needs to fill a certain position (like we needed a 2nd rower when Ferres became available and others like Wigan and Wire were strong in that position) and they have some cash to splash then they could still sign for a decent price. One example and again with regards to the strength of centres in SL, Joel Moon would be an attractive buy for many and he's missed enough of the campaign that it really shouldn't count against him and I think Cuthbertson's stock is still quite high from his showings last year and his ridiculous unmatchable amount of offloads.

Just a shame when differences of opinion get so personal.

I take all rumour with a pinch of salt but it would be no surprise if some players get unsettled when big success turns to big failure in such a short space of time. Neither would it be a surprise if the reason for players being allegedly disgruntled was down to money. In any squad there will be personality clashes and not everyone will like the boss but in sport a player makes his case with his performances.

Of the players mentioned only Baldwinson deserves much sympathy as he has not had the first team chances this year and I do believe he cannot have been worse than Achurch even if played out of position. Singleton has been the least effective prop this year so I see why he has not earned a place above Mullally but I felt he reached a plateau last season however props can be slow developers.

With regard to Hardaker and Watkins they both have badly let down the fans, the coach and teammates especially the youngsters. Because their bad form has gone on for so long it is reasonable to look for off field reasons which again usually comes down to money or feeling hard done or undervalued. Hardaker has only had a few games on the wing so that is not a reason to be unset with the coach given his form. Watkins has put in effort in defense but has lost it in attack apart from a purple patch against Catalans. Maybe time to move both on while we can we still can get a decent transfer fee.

Of course it could be the Aussies who want out as they are not enjoying it at Headingley!
