Any team would surely miss O'Loughlin. Not the biggest by any means but plays with the heart of a lion - fearless competitor. The nine out of ten comment was in reference to playing with commitment irrespective of the names on the team-sheet. Watching Leeds under this non-coach it's almost all about the names on the team-sheet - both for us and for the opposition.

AGreed. I've not seen the hit, but I can't imagine its the worse there is. Its RL FFS. There should always be a bit of niggle and rough stuff.

Without the McIllorums of the game we would have a very dull and stale game. I don't condone blatent foul play, but these sorts of incidents are part of the game, even if they are outside of the rules

How come Wigan have lost just 2 games less than Leeds this year if they're so 'up' for every game? Not to mention getting beaten at home by Cas in the cup.

Yeah but we are so offensively bad that we only managed 23 points vs Cas in the cup whereas the magnificently organised and structured Wigan side managed a whopping 4 points vs the same opposition.

Isn't actually a pi**ing contest with Wigan here, but the fact remains, Wigan lost 5 of their last 6 league games going into the playoffs in 2013.....so have Leeds in 2014, will it stop ppl knee jerking and wetting the bed about our chances? It should do but I doubt it.

It's not the worse there is, but it is intentional, and with the intent to hurt, and it happens far too often for the game to ignore.
