Isn't L Briscoe a better winger than Golding anyway though? At least it's his natural position.

I`m waiting for Sir Kev to realise he should treat his squad players with more respect.

Probably true Chris but feel he hasn`t been given a chance recently.
And before everyone goes on about how many chances he got last year.
I personally don`t think he did as bad as what others were seeing and on the same subject others were given far more chances even though they were sh$t week in and week out.
But a move away looks like the only way for him now hopefully with another SL club.

| In what possible scenario could you possibly see Golding taking a spot over last few weeks?

I like Golding, seems a good lad with a great attitude and he is an OK Player, I've not seen anything in him to suggest he would have added anything to the team recently.

| Leeds made a massive mistake giving him a long contract and have tried to force him out . Golding in response has taken the money as he has been entitled to do and become one of the best paid players in the Championship

Gotcha I`m not saying over the last few weeks I`m more on about when we were struggling to get a win.
For me he was a better option in the backs than the likes of Lolohea/Sutcliffe at FB and possibly better than Myler or Sutcliffe/Lolohea in the halves.
I might even add he was better than Dwyer at hooker.
Yes a gamble this week on the wing but recognise Luke has the edge marginally.

| Golding wouldn’t be here if Bradford were able to bring players in.

| I do like the lad but if he’s first grade Leeds quality, why has no other SL club taken him yet?
Right now he looks a decent Championship standard. It happens that some lads just don’t kick on after promising junior careers. He still has time to play his way back into the top flight - maybe he just needs a few years more under his belt playing open age.
I’d rather give the chance to Stephens or Tindall on the wing once we’re safe: we’ll get some learning out of that at least.

| IMO Golding isn't good enough to play SL regularly at present and that is why he is at Featherstone on Dual Reg
IMO Golding is also going to have to take a step backwards if no SL club comes in for him moving forwards, and to back his ability
The conundrum for Golding is does he see his Rhinos contract out whilst being out on Dual Reg (As he quite rightly deserves to do as he is clearly on good money)
But then when Golding's contract runs out (and if he doesn't stand out as one of the best player's in that competition) then any prospective club wishing to sign him would offer him a contract based on being a Championship player
I don't ever foresee Golding coming back to bite us on the ar5e tbh as we have Walker and also numerous juniors that are far better than him, but I certainly wish him all the best in the future as he is a very good player and an even better bloke,He also loves the Rhinos club to bits
I hope he proves me wrong
