Catalans Dragons Nil The Rhinos To Go Joint TopThe Rhinos filled their boots last week against the London Broncos but round eleven saw them with a daunting trip to the south of France to take on a Catalans Dragons side who were looking for the win to rejoin a cluster of clubs at the top of the table on sixteen league points.A win for Leeds would lift them into the top six, but a big win could see them go ahead of the Dragons and as high as fourth in the table, but the bookies were favouring a home win, giving the visitors a fourteen-point start on the coupon.Could the Rhinos make it three wins on the trot to find some sort of consistency or would it be the Dragons who would take their second win in their last five outings after a disappointing couple of rounds. | Abject performance ball in hand. We carry so little threat in attack that we need to keep teams to a couple of tries to have a chance. Players receiving the ball stood still, not expecting it, no fluency are features every week.
I thought the line speed was as good as it has been all season and there was no lack of effort, but they should be givens every week.

Indeed. Referee guesses, VR confirms. Didn't affect anything today but one day it will be pivotal. I've said for a long time the system is not fit for purpose, is an embarrassment to the game (in a crowded field) and needs to go.

| Defence generally ok, decent effort. Attack was abysmal. Error count embarrasing. Last tackle plays amateurish. The number of passes to a player stood still was off the scale - not for the first time this season. D minus. Must try harder.

| Some talk on sky about our new spine, Wilkin called this a red herring and said with our passive defence, letting teams march us down the pitch we have no chance which is what many of us think.
Prematch they showed a slide and we were 12th in SL for lowest completion rate, lowest territory and highest errors, given this puts us below London, a championship side it’s no wonder we do so little with the ball.
Despite all that Croft led SL for try assists, which shows his class.

| I’m no Wilkin fan, but he was spot on about all of that. The slide was really telling, we are basically having to throw up miracles each week because of the stupidity we display every single game.

RS is just lulling everyone into a false sense of security with all these bad losses.
He's playing 4d chess.
Once everyone thinks we are done he will pull out a barnstorming set of draws and narrow losses.
Then you'll look silly !

The buck stops with the coach. He's had a fair shot at turning round last years debacle and he''s coming up way short. JUst a question of sooner or later when it comes to his exit. Sad times.

| Neither team were good tonight, don’t think they were 26 points better than us, wasn’t expecting much when I saw the team, but we never looked like scoring.
I was happy to give Frawley a chance when we signed him, I don’t remember his time at Hudds and he was starting in the NRL at the time, but yeah he seems e, kicking game is shocking.

Yep. He’s spot on. Badly coached.

Well, as long as it keeps the drama, that's great then. Honestly, what on earth is Bentham wittering on about? It's an embarrasment that makes the sport look as amateurish as it clearly is under the current clown outfit running it.

| Watched the cronulla Melbourne game this morning.. absolutely superb. Cronulla went into without their best player and at a ground that’s a graveyard for away teams and won with great simple rugby. They changed the way they play because of no star stand off (Hines) and kept it simple and played with high intensity and a power game. Brilliantly coached. Total opposite of what Leeds do time n time again
