I like the Skittles Cumshot shirt - it's different.

Look, Real Madrid have probably got some ugly mug like Ronaldo modeling their clothing range. Be proud that we can count on the rugged handsome devil that is our very own Jonesy. a014.gif

Skittles cumshot training shirt has been purchased. Love it nearly as much as the pink "tattoos" effort last year.

A new singlet for my 2014 races on its way too.

Club revenue bolstered.

Win win.

Given that the leisure range contains a 'new' colour-way for the club, which they are calling 'Ocean', I would strongly suspect that pink is now consigned to the dustbin of Rhinos history and that the away shirt is going to be a mix of Ocean, White and Navy Blue. I would assume White with Ocean as the secondary colour (maybe Navy Blue shorts?) but of course what delights do ISC have for the 'design'???

I like the "ocean" and if the away kit was mainly that, I would definitely purchase it.

Agreed. That polo shirt above with dark blue shorts and a bit more on it would look great.

I'm in two minds about the whole kit-change thing. On the one hand, it is a bit of a change and change is good. On the other hand, everything is so markably different that it makes you more obliged to get the new gear (unless you were a fan in the 90s obviously - i was just a kid then and in my home region of the north east).

From a cynic's perspective, it now makes perfect sense why the shop has been trying to flog everything from the 2013 stock; the kits, hoodies, training gear and hats and scarves - 'roll up, roll up, get your blue and amber / pink and black gear cheap and support the rhinos in 2014...!'

Then; 'get your new yellow, blue and white / white, navy and turqouise gear now and support the rhinos in 2014...!'

I'll probably end up getting though. It's part of the unwritten rule; get the top to wear or when you go to the game..!

Great facial expressions. Dany effortlessly mixes the classic "holding two bags of heavy shopping" with the timeless "simpleton in woolly hat alert" in the middle.

Kit's okay. Might get the boy some training kit.

I know, the cheek of them, what a farce, anyone would think the club are trying to run a profitable business or something.

You do realise you don't have to buy anything you don't want you know.

I am aware of this, yes. I just found it quite funny having watched on from afar for 6 or 7 years before this to then immerse myself this season, only for the whole colour scheme to change on both kits. As long as i remember (started watching around 2005) the home top has been blue and amber and the away kit navy/black and pink. Plus as well, having attended the world cup games at Headingley and hearing people chuffed with their newly purchased cheap 2013 kits.

I'm not bemoaning the annual kit change - i have been a football fan my whole life, buying pretty much every top since i was 6 or 7. I just find the contrast between the old and new pretty massive. Then again, i am a Newcastle United fan, so their new home kits are historically just a variation on how to present stripes on a shirt.

Plus as well, having had season tickets for both and hearing people at the games, many families have Rhinos season tickets and i feel it is a shame for those with little money who have maybe tried to get their kids kitted the cheaper way in getting the 2013 kits cheap. It's like getting your school jumper cheap at the end of the year, only to find out over the summer that your school has completely changed its colours!

I will be buying, as that is what i do. Maybe being quite liberal with your traditional colours is the norm in rugby league, and as a relative newbie, i am now realising this. Again, not a critique, just a thought...

Meh - don't need sympathy. It keeps my moods volatile and makes sure i get a weekly dose of frustration and disappointment. Similiar to the feelings i had after a few Rhinos games last season. I think we will get along well together.

That said, after two miraculous SL wins in 2011 and 2012, i got my season ticket for the 2013 season (as became eligible for concession rate) and we know what happened then.

I do still expect to be at Wembley sooner as a Rhinos fan than a football fan. I look forward to NUFC playing at the 'new, new Wembley' in the future, when the 'new Wembley' is due for renovation!
