| I'd like to know what McDermotts half time summation and morale boosting, game plan discussions are like.
Warrington.........half time in touch........second half battered
St Helens...........half time in touch........second half battered (home & away)
Bulls..................half time in front.........second half beaten (not battered) by a team who's form is more indifferent than ours.

| Football supporters are well known for shouting for their manager to get the sack. It is to the fans credit that they have restricted their frustrations to this forum and not taken them to the terracing.
We all want to see a successful Leeds team and I appreciate that we cannot win every game but I expect Leeds to look competent. Unfortunately this Leeds side have fallen below my minimum expectations all too often this season and last night's performance was dire.
Smith, Bailey, Kirke, Delaney, Lauitiiti, Hauraki should be embarassed to pick up their wage as all were shocking.

Isn't it David Bywater? You still enthralled?'"
I thought Buderus was one of the best players on the field TBH, pity his team mates failed to match his enthusiasm and commitment - good to watch a class player giving it everything in a hopeless situation. It is no wonder he wants to go home playing with shower of every week is enough to drive anyone away.
Burrow is one your favourites - please explain to me what he brings to side? The half backs could have played for another hour and not created anything - but hey you kneel at the alter that is Kevin Sinfield.

I like Sinfield.
At loose forward, that is.

Maybe its the fact that most Leeds fans are deep down disappointed to see him go, afterall it was 12 years at the club wasn't it?
I know some who were disappointed that they shelled out brass in his testimonial and he then left. Then wrote a thank you letter to the Leeds fans which was basically promoting his business!
Doesn't particulary bother me but got up some peoples noses

Burrow can run sideways quicker than anyone else and has a skill for slipping before he hits the line and can absolutely kill a move or overlap with his sideways movement.
Agree buderus was one of the better players for Leeds tonight.

I cherished every moment.
In year's to come I'll remember many games from the 2011 season just for Buderus's performances.

| The Bulls game was a disgrace.
The coaching staff rightly will have every finger in Leeds pointing at them. That's part and parcel, things are going wrong so theys should expect the backlash.
But, there are huge failings in the players. I'm just comparing the last 2 games I've seen. The KR and Bulls game.
The reason we performed better against KR boiled down to 2 simple things, fast line speed in defence and looking after the ball. We did this very, very, effectively.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and this wasn't even part of our game. Shoddy, lazy in defence and in-awful with ball in hand. I wouldn't fancy being a Rhinos forward at the minute with balls being fired at them Dodgeball stylee.
I go the games, first and foremost for entertainment. That's what I pay my hard earned cash for. It is only a game. So when it is played to such a tedious, boring, outcome in the ing-down rain you do ask the question, 'why did i bother'
I can take below par games, a string of defeats, but if you're going to go down do it in a blaze of glory rather than a damp fizzle FFS.

I though Buderus was a million miles ahead of everyone on the field, despite Abletts great efforts.
And you know how much I enjoy to kiss Sinfields booty, but I have to say with honesty I thought he was entirely to blame for the loss on Friday night. To make one or two incorrect decisions is completely understandable, but to constantly make take the wrong options was not great. Burrow was just typical Burrow to me, an absolute nothing since 2008 now found out constantly as the players around him are not as good.

| I see the Burrow bashers have completely failed to observe the amount of game time our genius coach asked him to spend playing on the wing. That's right, on the wing.

He defended on the wing, not when we had the ball. That's right, NOT on the wing.
Isn't the bashing about his role with the ball?

At the end of those defensive sets what was his role?
He was back to return a number of kicks. How does that help his role as a scrum half, setting up play etc?
So, in a beaten pack, spending half the time on the wing, missing the first couple of attacking plays as we're sat on the wing and he's being bashed.
Quote: Gotcha "Isn't the bashing about his role with the ball?'" I've no idea.
He didn't play well. He wasn't alone. Many played much worse. Our right hand side of Smith Delaney and Hauraki was absolute garbage.

Absolutely, I agree. Doesn't excuse Burrow though from critisism (bashing), just because the others are gash.
