Based on what? Nobody knows what impact a no. 2 has, it's the head coach ultimately calling the shots.

| The club gets it in the neck for giving jobs to the boys and not giving jobs to the boys.

| I have two general concerns…
1. Teams seem to have figured out how to beat us, or a least limit us… kick long, slow down the play of the ball (aided by the terrible six again rule) and we’ll make an error or end the set poor. We made an error or gave away a penalty every 3 minutes on Friday and that doesn’t even account for kicks into touch on the full, surrendering possession on the last through poor choices, and our none existent short kicking game.
2. The amount of petulance we show in the face of adversity… Newman was by far our best player on Friday but then arguing with the ref, stupid late tackle. Bentley arguing with the ref, stupid shoulder charge when we’re trying to limit their yardage. Handley throwing the ball away to give away a pen. Austin arguing the yellow both before leaving the pitch then also for all the time when he returned. The evidence for me points towards lack of leadership and lack of accountability. It was Corey Johnson who had to take Newman to once side to calm him down… then Chev!

| Not much to say that hasn't already been said.
Either stop the passive starts/ apply kick pressure / and learn to apply pressure or keep hoping some individual brilliance gets us a win from broken play.
We have no plan B. If the Ref allows slowing at PTB our attack falls apart and then frustration sets in and penalties/ sin bins compound the sad state of affairs.
Next year we need a v good FB, an organising 7 while JS develops and a centre.
All need to be a class above what we have signed in the last 7-8 years otherwise we will just sit in 5th-8th fir the next few years

Agree with above, it’s what makes me wonder if the players aren’t a happy bunch about the tactics, whether it’s petulance or frustration, it ain’t good.

We might need two halves, if we can afford it.. Not sure it's wise to put too many eggs in the Sinfield Jnr basket. He looks a very good footballer at Academy level, but he will have to be an exceptional footballer to make the leap given his lack of pace. Not saying he won't make it, but I hope the club/fans aren't talking it for granted.

| Should we really give time and backing to a coach that deliberately sets his team up to have no intensity in defence? Can someone explain those tactics to me and how it will eventually create consistency? I get the idea of preserving energy but we can't just play for 30 minutes a game and expect to win a lot of games, it will require too much luck.
Every other team wants quick line speed and intensity in their defence, we want the opposite. Is that really going to work in the long-term?

No more jobs for the boys! If anything, given the baggage and distraction they will bring with them, ex-Leeds players should have to prove themselves even more than anyone else before getting a job back at Headingley.
