Thought our line speed was difference.
A week after winning and celebrating the cup it was about the W.
Were ok. Were getting tougher mentally. Lots to work on tho.'"
Prior outstanding for weeks now. His efforts go unnoticed to a lot who don’t understand the game. His tackle stats must be ridiculous.

| Cup hangover no doubt for us. A lot of credit to Cas tonight they were superb down to 12 but we made them look better than they are with too many dumb plays. Will do us good that imo going into the back end of the season. Wherever we end up it’s been a very good one and there’s plenty of room for improvement with the current squad. Need to bring in a couple too.

| Was the penalty try cut & dried? They didn't see what was wrong on the radio.

| No, Blair didn’t even have the ball. That said Konny did make a total balls up of it...

Aside from the fact that I didn't see single angle that showed the Cas lad was onside (and it seemed very plausible that he was not), if he was onside then yes, penalty try was the right call. Hurrell played the man and stopped him getting the ball. Odds are he would have scored.

| That was awful , we got dragged in to a grind we werent expecting. I thought we made far too many poor decisions eith the ball ,were sloppy & lacked direction. All credit to Cas they dug in & played like they had 13.
We need to be more switched on for Wakey because with only pride to play for they'll be dangerous as well.
I thought Agar summed the game up well & im glad he ripped into em.

| Awful yes but considering how many times Cas dropped the ball reckon that could have been a lot worse. They could easily have nicked that game and it's not long ago we would have let them. Ugly and below par yes, but great to see us grinding the points out by hook or by crook. That was a tough old encounter last night, are we assuming it'll be Baby Rhinos again on Thursday?

| I thought a penalty try could only be awarded when a foul prevented a certain try?
Apart from that, hurrell was good, Ava was very good, ditto prior.
Game control was very poor, I thought the pack gave us the platform that should have made it comfortable.
That said, we ended up winning a game we might so easily have lost. Plenty for agar to sort out but better to improve a winning team than turn around a losing one.

I was annoyed they just assumed the got was inside.
For me the interpretation of a penalty try is fouled in the act of scoring or something more certain than we saw last night. He needed to catch the ball cleanly and ground it. I'm not sure either was a given.

| Aren’t you talking about an 8 point try rather than a penalty try?

| One of the worse performance of the season coupled with the worse refereeing performances of the season made this a very poor watch.
Ava and Prior kept us in the game.
Briscoe took his try well and Martin had a steady game.
Other than that and the 2 points there was nothing more to shout about.
Cas clearly came with the rough tactics to put us off our game and instead of playing to our strength we got sucked in to one man rugby.
Was it just me who thought that Myler tipped the ball backwards from the kick that eventually led to Watts try?
I reckon with 13 on the pitch Cas would have beaten us comfortably.
Where`s Bigbof btw?
Still waiting for Gale to get smashed and thinking it`s acceptable to kick out at someone on the floor?
Bet he`s fun to be out with on a night in Ponte

Mylers ‘knock on’ was never a knock on but i thought he had a poor game overall he was out of position for the watts try regardless of a knock on or not.
There’s really not much to take from that game other than we won go back 18 months and we lose that game comfortably.
