| Quote: tvoc "Quote: tvoc " I still think that opposition are enjoying the fact that Bradford have not been in the Play-offs for the last three years as they didn't finish outside the top five for the first 13 years of Super League and in that time they handed out many hammerings to many teams. '"
Nice stat and speaking personally you can bet your bottom dollar that's what's happening but it's about time Bradford got themselves back in the game to help keep that red rose lot in check, instead of leaving it all to plucky Leeds.
For the record St Helens have never finished outside the SL Regular Round top 5 for an average finsh of 2.31, Leeds likewise except for SL 1 (1996 - 10th) for an average of 3.44, next it's Wigan at 3.63 with Bradford slipping to 3.94
__________
The purely for fun prediction comp is open to all - even Bradford fans.'"
Nice Big four statistics there.

| And Bradford will remain safe in the SL Era ever-presents big four for at least a few more seasons to come.
Ignoring any namechange, ground move type alterations SL has incorporated 22 different teams since it's inception but only 6 of the present group have been in there from the start.
After St Helens, Leeds, Wigan and Bradford it's Warrington with an average finish of 6.56 and London on 8 completing the set.

No props to start season, get on a losing roll and not good enough to recover.

| I'm sure they'll recover to finish higher than 9th. Are the props injuries long term?

| i called for the "big hitters" of ss.com to join in this prediction competition this year in my opening post
several of these big hitters have duly entered their predictions, and i respect them for doing so as we are all there to be shot at,but it's all in the name of fun at the end of the day
i have noticed whilst reading todays rl express that the one and only garry schofield has entered his predictions for the 2012 sl seasons finishing positions, which are
1-warrington
2-st helens
3-leeds
4-wigan
5-catalans
6-huddersfield
7-hull
8-hull kr
9-castleford
10-salford
11-london
12-bradford
13-wakefield
14-widnes
now that is a "big hitter" and one who is now entered into our comp

| Fresh from my sojourn in SoCal, here goes:
1. Warrington Wolves
2. St Helens
3. Wigan Warriors
4. Leeds Rhinos
5. Catalan Dragons
6. Huddersfield Giants
7. Hull
8. Hull KR
9. Bradford Bulls
10. Castleford Tigers
11. London Broncos
12. Salford City Reds
13. Wakefield Trinity Wildcats
14. Widnes Vikings
PS tvoc I did the above without reference to anybody else's predictions but to my chagrin I see on reviewing the other predictions that I only differ from you in the placings for Cas & London.
Serves me right for going away for so long before submitting my entry.
But it's only a bit of fun.
