To be fair, it's less than 2 years since this squad were crowned champions for a third time in succession, and it's still less than a year since they were still champions. That's not long enough for many Leeds fans to have arrived at the correct conclusion that the squad is past it. They'll need another 12 months of this crap at the very least. The truth hurts.
In the meantime, it's a lot easier to blame the coach. |

Wrong - both McDermott and Hetherington knew it would be bad and expected McClennan to take the blame - sadly for both of them McClennan - as he always was - was far too clever for Hetherington, knew he was being set up for a fall and legged it. |
