I’ll let you know when they do. I’ve sent complaints out before to places and got replies so fingers crossed something will come of it!

On a serious note though, sometimes if you complain to food places etcc you get free meals. Also i once sent a complain to the train lines about something & got a free train pass for the month!!

Like the time I complained to KFC I asked for 5 boneless chicken strips and I got one with a bone in. They gave me five more chicken strips to eat.
I think your free train pass beats them all though.  |

Funily enough I went swimming in Florida last year and realised my £25 iPod earphones were in my pocket. Wasnt best pleased but they still worked.

Its ok i have those £25 ones off me dad to use or those £2.99 ones somewhere. Once you plug them into my mini disc it ramps the volume to 11 anyway.
