I have to say my old man commented on the none ticket checking when we went onto the Carnegie Terrace, but it wasn't him who was moaning. I know at games against the likes of London, Celtic et al there is no need but I have to say i was surprised against Hull. I think some peoples views are that as the stand is limited, if the Hull fans had swapped ends it could of got very busy on there.

You can go stand in which ever stand you want when you buy a standing ticket hence you not having your tickets checked.

You can, hence they call the tickets 'All Standing' you may get stopped when you want to go in the southstand when its at capacity though. |

Actually Loz, you are wrong there, you might need a tstand ticket to go in the tstand, but you can go on the carnegie terrace with any ticket providing the game is not all ticket and the terrace has not been sold out! This was the ticket office reply to the gentleman who complained about his ticket not being checked!

So basically to ensure it doesn't exceed capacity? Given that, surely they should then ensure only fans who have said tickets actually use it?
I'm not having a go at you, I just don't understand why the club would do it and then make the area a free for all. |

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

IMO Leeds have great support although not the best away support, every club does this though, at Leeds you can just hear it on TV because of the south stand. Hull fans are awful for chants and stuff. Castleford fans have been bad in the past.
