Secondly, well done, played us off the park in every area. Sinfield played better than Brough. We never got a look in.

To be fair to Danny Brough, it was, again, all about the forward packs really. Yours doesn't get too many a**e kickings, but it got one on Saturday. Brough got the ball on the back foot with defenders closing him down. Not much most halfbacks can do in those circumstances.

To be fair to Brough he didn't go hiding. Unlike some international HBs he kept trying to the end. He just wasn't allowed the space & possession to create much by a far better team.

Certainly no issues with Brough, even the best have an off day now and again. He had an off day due to how leeds played rather than a poor personal performance.

The Huddersfield pack was well on top in the early exchanges. Brough had the ball on the 6th, near the Leeds line, with time and space, when he took a poor option and gave Grix a nope hope ball that got him dominated and lead to his off-load for Watkins. Grix was expecting Brough to loop around for that pass and having got Grix dominated with a lousy option and a poor ball Brough made him look a fool by giving up.
