It's not like Loz to take the "holier than thou" route is it?!

| Quote: BrisbaneRhino "In The Australian today the Dogs are quoted as saying they expect to have Eastwood signed up next week, with some sort of compromise with Leeds on the fee. It also said that they would already have done it but Leeds asked to wait until after the Cup Final. Lets hope this doesn't distract anyone, Eastwood in particular.'"
Leeds are seeking a STG100,000 transfer fee to let go of Eastwood just one year into a three-year deal with the Rhinos.
Asked were the club still keen on Eastwood, who has expressed a desire to return to the Bulldogs, Greenberg said
What a shock that will be then when the Bulldogs finally announce his signing?

Nobody.
It'll be a straight cash deal but nowhere near the £100k Leeds were asking for.

| God help us when he goes, judging from yesterday he has more in the locker than the rest of the Leeds front row put together and significantly more heart for when the going gets tough.

| Just about the only forward that showed up yesterday, some brilliant hits, will be a shame to see him leave!

| Whilst on the thread of booing, it seems Matt Diskin has been receiving abuse to his Twitter account.
Feckwit player stalkers with short term memories no doubt.

Probably just disappointed fans in the heat of the moment.

| Whilst we're on the subject of disrespect between fans and players, I do wonder why Richard Mathers feels the need to celebrate like a nutter when he thought he'd scored against his so called home town club which features some of his so called best mates. Bit disrespectful I thought!

Probably because he plays for Warrington and not Leeds.

B0llocks - he's a Warrington player, in the process of winning a major trophy and had every right to celebrate in front of his own fans however he wanted. He spoke well afterwards and the chance he's been given at Warrington to resurrect his career clearly meant a lot to him.
He was outstanding yesterday.
