If he was carrying an injury why was he even out there - surely player welfare should come first especially if that player is only loaned to you to help them out?

It wasn't obvious he was carrying any kind of injury. He was looking sharp in the warm up and then seemed to pull something.

I guess many of you will already know what an absolute diamond in the making you have in that young man, but if you didn't you do now. He's been backwards and forwards during his loan deals but has always been superb and given his all. He's already a top bloke and he'll be a top player no doubts. Could do with a few SL games to bring him on a bit more I think. Against the right opposition.

He's come on a lot for us over the year. Started like a house on fire then other teams got to know him and he got targeted. He's come through the other side now.

I hope he gets some game time for us next year. He looks to already posses the physical attributes and as has been said on here, has held his own against championship opposition this year in a struggling team so has proved he can mix it at that level, lets see if he is ready for the step up.

I'd play him until Galloway is fit, and then loan him out.

If Galloway returns in the same timeframe as his previous injury then he'll be back pretty much at the start of the season.

i'd let the kid play, there will be injuries and form drops. let him force his way in. he is already ready for super league certainly should be in 19 man squad.

How does he compare age wise with some of the young forwards playing SL games for Hull, Wigan and Saints?
They certainly don`t look out of place from what I have seen but may be a year or two older than Oledzki.

He's a good prospect but only recently turned 19, spending most of next year in the Championship with 5-10 Super League appearances is probably the best for his development.

Graham and Sam Burgess were established SL players at 18/19.Sam smashing the poop out of kiwis at 18 infact. I know they are special cases but Oledzki is already a unit like them and has spent a year at the level below you have to keep him moving forward for him to progress now for me.
