| Some massive over reactions here. To blame BJB & McDermott for the loss is typical of certain posters. Wigan tackled like demons and Leeds had too many players who underperformed on the night. eg: Bailey, Sutcliffe, Ward were ineffective and even JP and Kylie were kept quiet particularly in the first half with some ferocious tackling. BJB too did nothing but in fairness hardly got a pass and certainly had no opportunities. We missed Watkins and Burrow big time as it needed their flair to break a very quick and well organised Wigan defence who on the night deserved to win.
We were roughed up and some of our players got drawn into playing into Wigan's hands. Some offside and holding down slowed our PTB. When we had the extra man we failed to create sufficient overlaps with the extra space.
In the second half Kylie took the b all up better and started to put us on the front foot and Sinfield at acting half was able to give us some direction and momentum. We almost won it with Moon and Ablett the pick of the bunch and most of the other looking a bit jaded. Very difficult to stay fresh every week in such a tough month of fixtures. It was always likely that we will go off the boil at some stage but we should not be too critical on this occassion.

| Mentioning McIlorum in the same breath as Roby is an utter disgrace.
In a match with a competent referee, McIlroum would have spent the best part of an hour watching from the stands.
Roby is a class above him, and then some.

BJB was poor tonight, but of course he wasnt to blame for the defeat, there were average performances from the team throughout.I think its a fair point to say we should be stopping the constant rotating of the wings now though.
if you were refering to any of my earlier posts I certainly wasnt having a pop at the coach. If anything I would say its a credit to wane how he took advantage of the situation to the max.

And one who has been outplayed by MM on every occasion they have met over the last 3 years.

| Bit of an understatement that he didn't have his best game tonight, but f me, how quick are some on here to turn on BJB now he's announced his departure??

How would you judge McIlorum then or Dudson?
McGuire was wanting a quick play the ball - what was he supposed to do let Williams dictate the speed of the play the ball?

| Leeds fans moaning about their tactics for three years under McClennan being used against them and calling it corruption?
The holding down Jones-Buchanan and Ablett have got away with over the years has infuriated me, Bailey used as an enforcer just like a few Pies were yesterday is hailed as brilliant by you lot, snide little digs from McGuire here and there over the years hasn't gone unnoticed by many fans of other clubs but you don't like it when Wigan get a few players doing it...
I have no love for the Pies whatsoever, in fact I can't stand them and I was hoping that Moon chance at the end was given as a Try, but sometimes in sport what goes around comes around.

| Thought MM 'hit' on Peacock was nothing short of a s***house tactic, should have been red for me
Otherwise tough, bruising encounter in which Wigan played a blinder tactically against us

| It was a pretty run of the mill high shot. He deserved binning for doing it 4 seconds after the ref had spoken to him. Sky team had a meltdown, but 10 minutes was fair enough.
I can't believe the wringing of hands and gnashing of teeth from some fans of both teams over a bit of needle. I thought it was great. Shame Wigan did it better than we did. That's sport.

| It doesn't matter what decisions went for us or against us, at the end of the day the players that took the pitch last night, have enough experience, and more than enough ball, and field position to win the game. But we didn't.
Would watkins or one of aiton and burrow made a difference? I definitely think so yes, but Wigan deserved the win, so no major complaints from me, just move on to next week
