HE is quite lucky, in the Leigh v Halifax game, our Kurt Haggerty was SENT OFF when he threw a few punches in retaliation. I know you lot will be biased, but JP was lucky in just getting a sin bin & fine. |

The refs and, more importantly, the RFL Disciplinary Panel have no consistency at all... NONE, this is why it is impossible to compare two different incidents from two different games, and why you shouldn't.

Good grief !! That's a blast from the past, I suspect a fair number of scribes on this foroum will not be aware of moriarty or Waddell .
Waddell was quite unusual as he came from out of the blue from oldham,if my memory is correct . I believe he signed for them from union.
I seem to remember we signed him on the back of a couple of strong Great Britain performances. |

Indeed we did sign him on the back of a couple of strong GB performances. Never really looked the part of a good prop forward though for us. Real nice guy though |

Your kidding? he was a brilliant prop forward, even for us. Infact, considering we threw money around with big signings to try and get the best, he really stood out.
I always remembered that Moriarty hit though as an elbow. Perhaps I was just being biased at the time. |
