That's discrimination against those that are easily offended I tell thee. There should be a law.

Peacock - a prop standing up to a bit of biff
Sinfield - 1 incident in 17 years
Yes. Yes he should follow their example.

| Quote: Lord God Jose Mourinho "Not that Flex will like the answer, but anyone watching the match and concluding that Hardaker did make a homophobic remark is within their rights to complain to the RFL about it, and the RFL are duty bound to investigate the complaint to see if there is a case to answer.'"
So, disregard any potential homophobic word from Hardaker for the time being, it's pretty universally accepted he said the F-word.
Should he be investigated for that if anyone complains to the RFL about it?

No, if only because the use of the 'f' word is not proscribed by statute the last time I checked. As far as TV is concerned, I think Kenneth Tynan let that cat out of the bag around 1965

| Aldi are currently selling large pouffes. Steam trains puff their way along the line. Run too much and you get out of puff. All accepted statements, with accepted words. But seemingly not if Zak were to say them. Hardly a fair situation which has been completely blown out of proportion. That is if he even said the shocking p word?!?

| I've tried. I really have, but I'm afraid that I cannot feel any shock or disappointment whatsoever at something said by any player in the heat of a RL game.
And to employ the services of a lip reader, simply brings our game down to a new low in stupidity.

| I think it's about time us that were born out of wedlock had equal rights and a law passed to protect our sensibilities. I am tired of people considering us fair game in the heat of the moment expletives...

| I am struggling to get my head round this one.
Brough calls the ref a fecking cheating wonker live and in full view of the sky cameras and nothing gets said.
Zac may have used the word puff that by all accounts is acceptable amongst the gay community as is the word queen.
Gays use these terms frequently.
If Brough is not bringing the game into dispute or is questioning the refs integrity.
Why then is Zac copping so much stick?
Either both cases are equitable and deserve investigation or both cases should be ignored.
Has anyone thought that Zac might have been praising the Saints player by calling him a puff?
After all Puff is a magic dragon and those skills on a rugby field should not be sniffed at.
I'll get my coat.

These are my thoughts.

Agreed, it's highly offensive and it's wrong to assume only people born out of wedlock are offended by such remarks in the same way as assuming only homosexuals are offended by homophobia. I know many people who have stopped watching rugby league after danny brough was caught on camera calling the referee a ''cheating b*stard''. I'd like to know why there was no investigation into this by the RFL, as i was deeply offended. But I shall scan all future sky games, look for expletives, upload videos and complain to the RFL demanding an investigation.

If Hardaker had been in a gay bar with his boyfriend, you may have a point.
Black guys often call each other n**ger. Try driving down Chapeltown Road shouting that out of the window of your car and let me know if you get home safely.
40 years ago certain words to describe those of a non-white race were in common usage, as were words such as [is[/ipaz or mong to describe those less fortunate than most. They are now not generally used. Hopefully similarly used terms to describe those of a different sexual persuasion to what is generally viewed as the "norm", may also pass into lexicography history.
Although there are some on here that I seriously doubt would ever get it

Funnily enough I was going to use that same example.
But coming from Chapeltown myself thought better of it.
I'm not entirely convinced most people are really that bothered that Zac used the Puff word if in fact he did use it.
I do think it is just another way other fans can get at the opponents players to wind them and their supporters up as shown by the number of views this topic has already had.
By the way i probably would get home safely from Chapeltown as I know all the back streets lol

A Hull fan preaching socially acceptable etiquette! I've heard it all!
