I love playing for him. I can't praise him enough, I've so much respect for him and I hope he's here for a very long time." Kevin Sinfield 29/9/12:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_68506.jpg |

There's more RL IQ in that bunch than the rest of the league put together. The permutations are manifold.

| Quote: The Eagle "I like to think that Ward can be more of a loose forward in that he can do the rough stuff in the middle when we defend, then run the game when we attack.
Sutcliffe to me seems more of a half.
I would be happy with SInfield and Burrow rotating as they did so well at Wigan'"
That seems to be the way the team is evolving. Rather than bringing in a new hooker it looks like we will re-shuffle what we already have, allowing sutcliffe his first team spot without the need to drop or for an injury to occur to one of the holy trinity.
Then when burrow and sinfield finally do reach the end of the line on paper we'll effectively only be replacing one position (though we all know what they offer equates to a million times more than that).

| I think Burrow and Sinfield sharing the hooker can work ok. We all know that Burrow shouldn't be an 80 mins hooker but I do think he can do a job there if he picks his moments correctly. Burrow's game is largely based on catching out tiring and/or lazy defenders often in the forwards, so you've got to keep them guessing and wondering when he'll step into dummy half.
As for Ward I do think he'll still be in the 2nd row next year (especially if Delaney moves to the front row) but it's not necessarily a bad thing IF he's not used as a workhorse 2nd row but as a 2nd row who has more handling skill about him.
Loose is a position I'm still not certain who'll play there in 2014. Will he go with the extra prop still? Will Ablett return there? Or will Ward or Sutcliffe get the gig?.

| seems the decision from BMAC now that Sinfield can play hooker in tandem with Burrow. I'd hope to see Sinfield staring at 9 with Burrow coming off of the Bench around 20 minutes.
I think the obvious LT plan is for Sutcliffe to play 6 and Ward to play 13, with us needing a new hooker (hopefully Lunt) and scrum half.

| A lot could be influenced by how Jordan Lilley develops physically over the next two or three years. He's similar to Sutcliffe IMO in that he could play either 6 or 13 in the long term but if he doesn't fill out he could slot in alongside Sutcliffe in the halves.

| Better start praying Ken Davy's pockets hold up long enough for you to actually win a real trophy. Otherwise you'll be having a fire sale that will make Wakefield's look positively controlled by comparison.

Looking forward to those manifold permutations in operation during the RLWC in 2013.
They disappeared down the communal chute in the RLWC of 2008 along with all the IQ's.

Is that all you've got after the perennial "Leeds to finish 5th by any means" theory has ended up in the toilet of history?
