Call me crazy if you like but I'm still backing Leeds to make the play-offs and the last 32 of the challenge cup.

I seem to remember some other teams starting off really strongly last season and their supporters being quick to proclaim The New Order, only for the wheels to fall off at Easter and we didn't hear from them again.

Its a bit like watching the London Marathon every year when the gun goes and all the fancy dress runners in their first event set off like its the 100m only to be on their knees and pleading for a bullet to the brain by Cutty Sark, meanwhile the proper contenders just plod along doing the job...

You have played 4 games, the first one you were completely outplayed by Bradford but after some strange decisions from your friends Ganson and Silverwood were handed the points on a plate!!

2nd game you went to Hull and played well to beat a decent team with a strong pack!!

3rd game at home against Quins who have struggled in recent seasons but with a new coach in charge put nearly 40 past you at headingley!!

4th game you went to Wire and again were well beat , this time they scored 40!!!

I agree with Mick on this one, Senior is exactly that now and no spring chicken, Peacock is out and again may be getting long in the tooth, you have some good young kids in Watkins, Jones bishop and Clarkson but don't seem to be producing the talent you did.

To summarise Yes playing wise I think the Rhinos are in decline

Difference is this year you have only played 1 of the fancied teams in Wire, you have yet to come up against Wigan and Saints!!!!

And you can't tell me you have been doing the job in conceeding 76 points in last 2 outings?

Still you may prove us all wrong like last year, oh no wait a minute.............

A hearty thanks to Cas and Wakey today. Without their help, Leeds would have been outside the play-off zone tonight, but for their exploits.

I quite fancy the thought of Rhinos suffering a Bullesque downturn in fortunes.
I look forward to Hetherington offering season tickets @ £60 in a few years in a desperate bid to up the crowds at HQ. I might even buy one at that price
