I’m literally shaking my head at the thought that we’d have sunk that low that it would even be considered that bringing Hardaker back would have a positive impact on the club.

Agreed, I think he’s a great appointment, he’s an up and coming ambitious coach who’s had plenty of experience at assistant coach level, although he’s had limited experience as a head coach. |

An interesting listen. I like what he says about not being able to replicate culture and that its got to be about the people currently at the club. Also the philosophy of 'playing to win rather than playing not to lose' one I always shared in my coaching.

Just listening to Lot Pod and some Leeds fans rightly saying we must give Smith time. Regardless of how things start under his tenure, it has to be a long process, we are rotten and Smith needs the time to mould it as his own.
