Chappie, Saints have won the Challenge Cup 3 years in a row, finished top 4 years in a row and won the GF on 4 occasions and lost at OT twice, indeed, if it wasn't for Leeds' awesome displays at OT we'd have won the double 3 years on the bounce right now.
Explain what is meaningful to me, like it or lump it right now Saints are most peoples favourites to win the lot this year again, as we have been for the past 3 seasons. Leeds and Saints will dictate the league title and time will tell how it goes. A Leeds fan telling a Saints fan which trophies are meaningful and which aren't is as hilarious as it gets. We have been at the top of the tree since the inception of SL whilst you have just made it there, lets see how long your challenge continues for.'"

Leeds are champions right now and have been for 2 seasons. There are undoubtedly questions as to whom is the superior side due to Saints record across the board during this period, however the one off game produces the champions. Saints haven't been good enough to win that on the past 2 occasions. However, certain folk on here are so far up their own backside they forget that since the inception of SL, no side has a trophy record like ours (and that still includes the last 2 seasons when, regardless of how 'meaningful' they are, Saints have picked up 4 pieces of silverware). Despite you winning the GF last year, so far this season, we have beaten you comfortably at home and knocked you out the Challenge Cup on your own ground (again comfortably).
Saints fans are replying to ridiculously defensive posts from Leeds supporters on here and nothing more in all honesty. In any case, Leeds need to buck up. The addition of Puletua and the loss of Ellis to Leeds is making one side look superior to the other this season.'"

Nobody is disputing which is more important other than defensive Leeds fans (again).
Yes Saints have won the Challenge Cup 3 times in a row and are on course for 4 (after knocking the 'all conquering' champions out on their own ground, comfortably. I suppose Leeds weren't even trying again though ? Isn't it funny how every time you fail, Leeds aren't trying according to you lot, or the trophy is meaningless such as finishing top of the pile or winning the only other competition on offer ? ).
I am well aware that Leeds are going for 3 in a row, time will tell. |
