Stadium is bang in the centre - the cathedral on a hill overlooking the city! China town is pretty much opposite, the shops and shopping centre are a 5 minute walk, the quayside 10 minutes, the train station 5-10 minutes and the Bigg market and all that is 5 minutes.

I hope that a lot of the locals turn out and get interested in it. I will certainly be banging the drum enough with all my friends and family that I recknon I can get some of them to go just to shut me up, if nothing else!

avoid the bigg market like the plague. Its rough as chuff. There plenty of decent real ale boozers along around the bottom end of gray street like bacchuus. Near SJP there's Rosies on stowell street which is a tetleys boozer and stoweell st is basically chinatown, the strawberry is riight outside teh ground and a loads of newer bars in the gate (similar set up to the light) If your feeling flush there's collingwood street and after a few fallow years the quayside is getting busy again but its a fair trek from sjp

Logistics o ticket sales would have been challenging. In that if everyone with a ticket turned up for all the matches, there wouldn't be enough seats.

On the other hand, the fact that the stadium is in Tesco's car park halfway between Coventry and Nuneaton surrounded by industrial estates might have put a few people off making a weekend of it. So perhaps high ticket sales wouldn't have been a problem.

It would have been very convenient for me though. I don't think the RFL took that into consideration in reaching this ridiculous decision.

Would imagine fixtures will look like this Hudds v Leeds, Wigan V Warrington,Salford v Stains,
Cas V Wakey. Well you can imagine the rest.

You need enough time for stuff to potentailly grow back, so I'd say 3 weeks was about right
