That would be a good move for the RFU but not one I would be inclined to support. There's room for both when you're able to turnover £11 million plus and remain a permanent member of the play-off elite.
I had you down as a realist. Would you really object to losing the Bradford from your team's title to secure a modern stadium and rich backer?

We are actually able to discuss issues on here as the mods are pretty lenient. However I have to say, in terms of fekwits, you are up there with the best.

I think we need to look at some of the comments from the good people of Bradford, at least some realise the OSV wont happen.
Should we look at who could stay in SL:
Leeds for their GF wins
Warrington - Won the CC
Saints - they entertain us in October
Catalans - Their unique location and the fact they've not done too bad, except this year
Wigan - Always a reasonable league position
Salford - Get =ting a new ground will help them, afterall and I'm not digging Salford here its Manchester RL.
Quins - Outside the M62 corridor
Crusaders - As Quins
Hull - Well you need one club on the east side of the 62
Hull KR - Tricky but a reasonable effort in most areas
Huddersfield Good ground but lack of fans, maybe a merger again
Bradford - Need to do something about their home or could be out
Wakey - poor stadium and no one to share with could be problematic
Castleford- £40k fines for crowd behaviour and a poor ground wont help
Therefore IMO its Cas Wakey or Bradford.
Although I dont rule out the RFL back tracking and expaning SL if the applications are of a high enough standard

Bailey was acting as peacemaker. In the incident you refer to Fielden was the thug. He was the one who threw the ball down and advanced towards Barrie looking for a dust up. Bailey was just holding him back to protect his team mate. Barrie, of course, being Barrie, was only too happy to give Fielden what he was asking for, a smack on the chops.
You have you fair share of fekkwitts on RA&B these days as well, btw. |
