I was going to question that very point. I thought after six years over here, he'd have came off the quota.

Please correct me if i'm incorrect but I thought the "Quota" system as such had gone and been replaced by an inclusive system I.E. not how many over seas players per se but minimum number of home produced players being increased year on year? if that is the case then the previous comments about players being on quota is invalid
