It's disappointing more fans arn't getting themselves down to 'the Pharm.' The team are holding up their end of the bargain and surely worthy of a five figure average attendance.

Living in Dewsbury i'm not sure how the club promote themselves around town. We once had great crowds but all the years of having a poor team has taken it's toll and will take some pulling back. Our crowds are increasing steadily but like you say, we should be attracting 5 figure crowds even though we've not won any real silverware for quite a few years. Maybe a Wembley win or a Grand Final appearance may kick start that. I live in hope though.

I thought 12,127 was quite good actually against Catalans.

The figures did improve from when Huddersfield first returned to SL but appear fairly static recently between the 7K and 8K mark. The coalition government inspired austerity measures couldn't have come at a worse time for clubs looking to build both on and off the field.

I think because we have become one of the better sides in SL, SKY are showing us more which hits our average attendance. Too many of our fans stay at home to watch the game. When we aren't on SKY then our attendances are better. That's my reason for the average crowd staying at around the same level and i'm sticking to it

I like Hudds. I backed them to come close last year and this year I said a GF beckoned. We're halfway through now and I've not seen anything to change my mind. Hudds vs an other at the mo in my eyes.

Seriously Huddersfield look very impressive this season from what I have seen with the added ability now to be devastating in attack from deep. Some fabulous tries last Saturday.

They seem to have Warringtons number too so I hope that's one of the semi's with us bs Wigan/Saints the other
