Over 250 Nrl games, made his debut as a teenager thats around 20 games a year injury free durable, good athletic defender, exactly the type of player we should be looking at. In fact I would be disappointed if we don’t sign him now. massive upgrade on Peteru, singleton, mullally, Ferres, Garbutt etc.

Titans open to paying part of Shannon Boyd's salary i think Boyd would be a better prop for us over Prior as he's more of a metre maker and can put a dent in opposition defenses, if Prior is our only option i wouldn't be upset as long as he doesn't turn out to be another Ben Cross or mitch achurch

Peacock was our best prop at 36.
James Graham is England’s captain at 34.
Signing a 32 year old prop is not an issue.
Prior looks a good addition.'"
Slow down fella.
You've hand picked three players to make a very wide point there.
The concern is not singularly his age, it's also the move across the world to a new club going through a big change and the wages he would command. When you stack it up is he worth the outlay?
I could list a long line of Aussies who have come over here and failed but that doesn't mean Prior will any more than your short list of aging players means his age isn't an issue. It's about risk and reward. Is Prior worth the risk or are their better options?

| It’ll be the type of player Leeds are looking for as much as anything - Prior looks quite Leeds-like in that he’s fairly mobile and has an offload. He’s also experienced at a high level and they need role models for the real win, which is to develop Holroyd, Oledski, Dupree, Rowley, Ahjani etc. Personally I think we still need more punch but Agar will have a style in mind and maybe Prior just fits that. Probably not mistake-prone either if we’re also looking to up the skill level and apply more consistent pressure.

All fair points Jim.
Historically we have not really played a rough bash-em-up style that much.

| How old was Stanley Gene when he finally called it a day?
Apparently only he knows his date of birth

| Fairly sure in Stanley Gene’s book he said he wasn’t sure what his age was

| Apparently Stanley Gene would come out of retirement if we offered him a 1 yr deal!
Worth it? Could convert him into a hooker?

Moi-Moi could be the prop we are looking. He once played for the Kiwis and has a good YouTube rap. Gotta be worth a punt if third marquee player rule go’s through
