Thats weird, all i've seen is sgtwilko accuse someone of being wrong when they weren't, fail to accept he was wrong when he were called on it, yet at the same time, fail to give any evidence to support his poistion. I have used reasoned logic, and have backed up my points with evidence and have provided links, sgtwilko has dodged all my questions and reorted to insults. Despite all this you call me the child having the hissy fit, and when i've asked you to justify such a seemingly ridiculous statement, you've failed to do so and have simply repeated your statement. Which part of this summary dont you agree with?

Have you not read any of my posts, or did you read them and not understand them? He didnt just explain the definition of racism used at his workplace, he was specifically telling others they were wrong for using a different definition, to the one he had being taught at his workplace. Its not very hard to see this massive difference in the two - I explained this in my last post.

No, you didnt just explain about how racism works in the real world You simply defined racism differently, to another poster, and told him he was wrong because he used a definition which didnt agree with your definition.
(sorry if my responses seem a bit repetitive, he keeps churning out the same old arguments that i've already debunked, so im having to argue against the same arguments time and time again, until either he realises he is wrong, or actually starts defending his points)

I notice that again, you have failed to answer any of my questions, or directly dispute any of the poits i've made. You dont seem to want to take my points on board, or dont seem to understand them so i'll make it simpleYou asserted that, the statement 'Anyone can be racist, it doesnt matter whether they are a part of an ethnic minority or not' is incorrect.
You have supported it by the 'fact' thatYour whole argument can be condensed down to(because as i've said, your supporting evidence holds, if and only if your premise (that your definition of racism is the only correct one) is true)
And as i've shown, your definition isn't supported by any of the dictionaries i've bothered to check, isnt supported by the UN or the European Parliament, and isnt supported by the majority of the public.
Im sorry but you have categorically, been proved wrong.
