I agree with others about Clarkson and the need to keep Kirke as an interchange prop.
Anyway......posession is 9/10ths of the law so they say and the current 17 have done nothing wrong in Ablett's absence so as unfortunate as it would be for Carl and no matter how good a player he is for us i'd be disapointed if Clarkson was dropped for Ablett.
If Clarkson,Kirke and Ablett ARE all selected in the 17 then for me that would mean Diskin dropping out which would likely cause a stir on here ![]()
Diskin wont miss out as McClennan plans around an interchange hooker and I do think the rest if gives Buderus is worth it.

We have to trust Bluey's judgement on the fitness levels of both Ali and Eastwood,As IMO both will be selected if they are 100% fit, as they are both game breakers.
If both can't be risked in such a high profile game then i would have no hesitation in picking Kirke over either player
IMO If they are both deemed fit to play, then IMO Kirke will miss out along with Scotty and that Clarkson will start in the 2nd row alongside JJB, and Ablett will be on the bench, Eastwood will be the interchange prop

Suprisingly, I agree. Sinfield's form has picked up also when moving back into 13.
How are people talking about Eastwood not being 100% fit? He's had 3 matches under him now where he hasn't looked "unfit". Baffling. |

IMO, I think Clarkson, Kirke and Ablett should all play and Diskin to miss out, Buderus can play the full 80 and we need a big bench to match Warrington.
Bluey will pick Diskin though.

Not sure how some can say Ali is going to be fitter than Eastwood either. Ali has hardly played much since his 10 or 12 weeks out injured. I believe Eastwood has played more minutes recently. I have a nagging doubt Clarkson will make way and Ablett who wont be match fit and Kirke getting the nod.
