Can't wait to read this. A friend once asked Rob when he'd be writing a book. His response was 'people wouldn't be interested, I'm nothing special'. That humbleness is one of the reasons he's inspired so many since his diagnosis. I think he'll be pleasantly surprised at how much people really do want to know more about him

But ‘that’ GF try against Saints is the best thing I’ve ever seen in Rugby League.
Watch it over and over again and still hairs on the back of the neck stuff.

agree mate. i remember being in the stadium and not believing what i saw. couldn't wait to get home late that night and ended up rewatching it over and over. pure magic.

Hes brought a club, a city, a region and a sport together. Thats Rob.

He was a hero to all of us but by Christ his wife is a bigger hero for how shes coped with this, along with the kids and Rob's parents. Truly inspirational.
