| Excellent win with all the team putting in strong performances particularly in defence. . Parcell deserved MOM with none better than the old fellas JJB and Burrow. I thought both our wingers brought the ball back well and credit to Briscoe for a return to form.
Golding showed some nice touches on attack before his injury and Sutcliffe's looked comfortable at both centre and fullback and he is making better ball contact with his goal kicking perhaps helped by Sinfield's coaching.
The win came on the back of a sound defense but we played the ball much quicker resulting in a steady stream of tries.

| Every player played their part in that display. Credit to the club. Defence was controlled and the pressure at the ruck was relentless. Forcing mistakes. As an aside, I was chuffed with Briscoes response to being hauled off at Magic, a proper professional response.

| Good strong showings all across the board. The 40-0 scoreline makes it sound like it was a stroll througout but that first half especially the first 25-30 mins was a real contest where we absorbed a few sets near our own line and after playing late Sunday in tough gane the amount of defending early worried me but they coped fine. After the break, a combination of us being good, but also Warrington just started to give up and a few of our tries will be woeful from a Wire's perspective, funny to see Racthford do a Paul Wellens trying to stop Burow on his way to the line.

Ratchford was shocking , even JJB run round him untouched and Parcell just took the Mickey under the sticks .

| I only saw about 20 mins of tonight's game. It started with Ferres' monstering of Ratchford and finished with Moon's try. It was as impressive as it was frustrating. We can win any game this season - if we want.

Interesting time will be when Patton comes on, had a good game against us earlier in the year and their current halves aren't doing much so far. Briscoe seeing some ball, still a bit iffy though for me, putting up the high kick when going down the wing early on I didn't like and it might seem petty because we scored but he did make the wrong pass really to Parcell for the opening try when Sutcliffe had a walk in.'"
Tell me about it! Had Sutcliffe for first try at 16/1 and I was already spending it! WTF?

| That is an unbelievable stat, winning the last 22 of 26 games considering the form we had up to that. It was a pleasure to watch last night.
I have to say, I really enjoy watching sutcliffe at fullback, I don't think he's a stand off (yet) but playing at full back seems to really suit him. Predominantly a runner but for has too many passing/kicking skills to be at centre. I know we've given golding the 1 shirt and a 5 year deal to go with it, but for me I'd rather see sutcliffe there. I thought he was great there the end of last season and was really hoping he'd get the 1 shirt this year.
Full quad (for me) I'd have sutcliffe at full back, Jimmy in the left centre and moon at stand off.
Also have to say, I thought briscoe responded really well, particularly in attack.

| Most complete performance since 2015 for me, considering who we were playing and the intesity levels shown throughout. If we can keep this set of players fit now and adding Galloway, Garbutt, Ablett and Keinhorst to it at some time soon we are looking like being right in the mix.quite a turn around to where we were in march.

| What a great night for watching rugby. That's why we moved to the summer. Defensively we were outstanding but after the first 30 minutes the Wolves were dreadful. Looked just like us last year, puzzling really with the squad they have.
Just to endorse what others have said, how good is Parcell? We must hope he stays injury free & that no NRL clubs come sniffing round him.
Finally, despite all our misgivings I thought Child had a good game too.

| I thought we were very good & but for some errors in the first half we'd have out 60+ on them.
Also i hope last night proves to the Coach that it's ok to give Mullally & Baldwinson longer minutes.
Only downside was seeing Golding & Delaney injured with latter looking particularly nasty.

| I thought we were pretty patchy overall and Warrington were terrible.
Warrington made some good breaks, Clarke in the first half looked dangerous. We got silly in the second half and started throwing wild passes out of the tackle which stunted momentum. We just need to be a bit smarter at times though clearly we could get away with it because wolves were so bad.
Defensively we worked really hard and scrambled well at times though my two year old can catch better than wolves did.
So as I say, solid last night but the harder task was always the week before against Cas and we came up short so let's not get carried away. Enjoy the moment and move on to bigger challenges.
