As a Cas fan I would agree whole heartedly that Zac, Cuthbo, and JJB are trying too hard.
One thing I have noticed on the televised game is that none of the senior players seems to be able to get a response when trying to gee the players up. Some of the younger players who are without doubt very talented don't seem to take kindly to on field rollockings.
..... I know which ones I would prefer more in my 17 as players capable of offering something other than making up the numbers (and not even sure Achurch qualifies on that score).
