It takes time and some special people on and off the field to develop that winners mind set. We had to do it in the long build up to our first GF win and with the right people and circumstance Hudds and Wire could follow that path. We don't have a divine right to be successful. It comes through long term planning and hard work. The next couple of years will see how deeply ingrained that ethos is, I reckon we'll do alright.

| I don`t like blaming officials for results, but in close games they certainly make some faux-pas`s.
But having a go at me for bringing it up is a bit rich, as when Leeds have lost there are plenty on here having a go at your favourite refs for bad calls.  |

We got some bad calls in the 2003 cup final I will give you that but we have lost plenty of finals since then but I cant remember many contentious decisions or any Joynts voluntary tackle style moaning from Leeds fans about any finals we have lost.
