To be fair, one is potentially irreplaceable and based on current form the other is easily replaceable from within.

And really we've already replaced Leuluai with Cuthbertson in the starting 13. Difference is Leuluai hasn't left, he's just taken the Kirke/Bailey spot which as you mention can be easily filled next year (or as this season progresses)

The Saints pack was I thought very impressive last night.
Like the Wolves we will struggle to contain them & that despite the penalty count again going in their favour.
But Wolves outside defence, especially on Penny's side was pretty woeful.
Vea continues to look like a bargain pick up.
Masoe reinforces my view of him as a cheap late shot merchant.

Isnt the key to replacing legends in transition. Bring players on gradually to take on more. Look at singleton, a bit part for a few years and then this year bang, hes a bit of a monster and looking pretty decent. And all at the same time that peacock is waning, so the overhaul output remains fairly constant. Similar for Sutcliffe who is now getting some decent time as a half now, and not as a back row

Currently it doesn't look like missing out on Mossop is a problem.

And for all that Amor's playing well, right now I wouldn't swap him for Singleton. And certainly not Cuthbertson.

But what about Amor for Leuluai?

Singleton really starting to show up this season, hopefully keep getting better over next few seasons.

Surely the key is to replace peacock this year. By replace I mean get in a new prop. You can't replace a legend.

Then keep Kylie for another year allowing the new prop to bed in and singo and mulhearn the chance to gain more experience.

Then you can look to see if we need a new 'ready made' prop to replace Kylie or if Cuthbertson, singo, mulhearn and new prop can do and promote a good youngster.

The way Cuthbertson,JJB and Singleton have started for us and with Yates,Mulhern,Baldwinson etc.. waiting in the wings for game time surely its time for us to let Kylie retire with dignity this year in the knowledge we should are well stocked in the front row position.I say that in hope that GH has a big name signing in the pipeline to compliment the first three mentioned at the start.

Kylie can barely do 10 minutes this season, never mind next season. Having recommended Walmsley and Vea as signings on this board over the last couple of seasons (Leeds obviously don't listen to me, but St Helens do), the lesser-known prop I think would do well for us is Adam Walker from HullKR. Not glamourous, but would be effective.

Can't see many NRL props who'd be available. Unless we could pull off a Thaiday coup then the only prop I can see who's not getting regular football is Arona at the Sharks, who come to think of it would not be a bad option.

If Leigh don't get up to the top flight I imagine we'll also be going back in for Sam Barlow. Not so sure about that one.

I read somewhere that Nate Myles, Sam Kasiano and Sika Manu were off contract at the end of the year. Any of those 3 would be great signings.
