| Quote: William Eve "Wigan and Saints will have both had two weeks off and plenty of rest before the semi finals. They'll believe they are invincible after their blowout wins against garbage. I don't believe two weeks holiday prior to a semi final is ideal preparation at all.
A strategy for Leeds over the next 2 weeks of their working holiday could well be a continuance of their "tossing-it-off regular season style" approach but with just a tiny little bit of urgency applied so they beat Catalan and Huddersfield by just a few points instead of an avalanche, hence giving the impression of a side still struggling for genuine form. This will provide Wigan and St Helens with a further false sense of security as they'll assume Leeds really are like a horse on it's last legs destined for the knackers yard.
Seven point margin wins in both games would be cool so that King Kev gets some crucial DG practice in for when it really counts in the semi. Tossing it off for one point margin victories just for added effect would probably be a risky step too far, even if it is against SL garbage like Catalan and Hudds.'"
A week off isn't ideal when you've just had a low intensity stroll in the park against playoff rabble, I agree. We saw with wigan in 2012 how off the pace they were first half after their chill out session against catalans in week 1.

Totally agree. Saints, Catalans, Warrington, strengthened well. We have one improvement, and massive regression with plenty others.

Calm down dear, they didn't actually say anything like it's all McGuire's fault, but pointed out it was the moment that put us in the final losing position.....and it was TBF. We'd worked our way back into in the previous 10mins and seemed to weather the storm, I don't think Catalans had it in them to go 80/90m at the end.

I'm not saying anymore. Sal seems to be getting too defensive with this. What he believes said isn't what was actually put. But I don't believe for one minute, that when he has time to reflect, that he won't agree with the point.

i'm afraid all this writing you have done is to no avail about the pies and ourselves having wins against (garbage) as you put it!..all it's done is made you look daft...if you want to talk about garbage take a look at that clown who dropped the ball to give catalan their win....anyway there's one thing... king kev wont have to get some drop goal practice in for the semi ....

The week off does not do a team any favours when they have a walkover like this and should we beat catalans on saturday hudds will be a bit more beat up for the game next week.'"
What a tittt.
You make yourself look so stupid.

You are so wrong - this is a team game how does McGuire's fault rank higher than Sinfield's or Briscoe's seriously!! Or even Hall's two errors that must have added to a terrible Leeds position?
You will never accept that either Sinfield or Briscoe could be at fault - too close to your bedroom wall!!

| Quote: William Eve "I just hope it's a Wigan/Leeds Grand Final. Anything else will be crap and a waste of time.
Leeds should reach Old Trafford.
Catalan and Hudds are a waste of play-off space. Two ordinary Leeds performances will be sufficient to dispose of those two joke SL franchises.
Club call is the unknown but if St Helens select Leeds, Old Trafford is nailed on.'"
Who is the joke side now matey.??? How many times have Leeds finished above Huddersfield in the league table in the last 5 years. That is the measure of quality over 27 games, not just 3 games at the end of the season.
