A poor week for you would still look a good week for the rest of us.

Only if you pick the team
Noticed after the hit on Smith he went awol for good 5 - 10 mins.

Hmmm.
Technically poor from Scrutes.
If you come out looking for the big bosh you gotta floor them. He didn't + lost control of the tackle area.. As Smith rode it well i'd give the points to Smith on that occasion.

TVOC will have to give that one to the opposition player, especially if it's an opposition player that Leeds let go. It's like sugar to him. It's a microcosm of his Rhinos outlook at the moment.
He'll probably be blaming Hetherington for not signing a winger that could monster the ex-Leeds prop in a collision that the ex-Leeds prop didn't win anyway.

I know it was legal, I didn't really have too much of a problem with it, even if it was a little cheap.
Hey - A point away at the champions pleases me whether they were below par or not!
I don't think you can judge how good a hit is on how long the player stays down. MoiMoi didn't stay down for long when Burgess hit him, does that mean McGuires was better than that?
For me anyway, Scruton's was better, but everyone's entitled to their opinion.

I think you're over-analyzing my comment about Nick Scruton welcoming Lee Smith back to rugby league. He did just what I said he did, 'hello Lee get that into you.'
Smith will have felt it. IIRC, Smith neither gained or lost ground as other Bradford player's completed the tackle. Everyone's happy.
The 'big hit' is part and parcel of how I want to see modern day rugby league played. I enjoy them, regardless of which team is on the receiveing end including when it's Leeds.
Adrian Morley, Barrie McDermott, Fereti Tuilagi, Epalahame Lauaki, Sam Burgess, Greg Eastwood are/were the type of players I'd pay to see.

I'd rather see a quality Leeds produced player in the shirt. Which is what we had on Thursday, a player you have been happy to criticise in the past, were comfortable with him leaving stating he was 'easily replaced.'
If he was 'easily replaced' I wonder why Hetherington has brought him back so quickly?
And just like you re-Scruton
I agree.

As long as they're legal. Which is why Sonny Nickle and Vila Matautia missed out on a nomination.
Good shout with Leuluai, even Thomas of the clan has been known to put his shoulder into the ribs with good effect (one hit on Fa'asavalu comes to mind here) they fire up a team and the crowd.
