| Wigan not having Tommy Leuluai will increase Leeds' chances......but only to limit the massacre to 30 points this time.
The game raising will have to be elevated to such an extreme for Leeds to win I'm not willing to gamble that much to be there. BBC with a beer for me.

86.jpg Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.
We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.
But you’ve got to keep believing.:86.jpg |

| Many Leeds fans couldn't even be bothered turning up to the final last season so expecting them to go to a mere semi is asking a bit - although admittedly it is only a trundle along the M62.

| Most people (except Wire fans) seems so disinterested with the Challenge Cup nowadays. Pathetic attendances throughout the whole competition - the semis combined attendance will be lucky to beat 20K. I know there's a recession but I just cannot get excited about the challenge cup anymore. Maybe its because its so long since we won the damn thing, so what must fans like Hull KR feel, they've not been near to the final for years. I'm going on Saturday but don't feel at all fussed about the comp. The RFL must do something radical with this competition soon, its dieing on its feet.

| There's little to no interest in the Challenge Cup these days. The international game is screwed - the last genuine international tour was pre-SL days. We now manufacture faux-origin internationals attended by hardly anyone, even when the RFL flog tickets for a fiver. Super League clubs are facing financial ruin and going to the wall faster and more regularly than during the pre-SL era. Lots of traditional clubs screwed over in the name of expansion and the game even failed to expand twenty something miles down the road from Widnes in what is definitely the last misplaced crusade. The regular season trundles along for 27 rounds of tedium. Playing standards are deteriorating year on year. There's not even a great deal of interest in the SL playoffs as the pitifully poor attendances for those testify. And the game attracts sponsors who contribute nothing to the game apart from advertising Sky Sports. Rest assured - this game is heading down the toilet and Super League is to blame.

It's no different to the super league playoffs. No one gives a monkeys until the final itself.

| what I miss in the super league era is the traditional tour by Aussies three tests and all the top clubs pitting themselves against the Aussies .
remember one match,Yorkshire versus Australia at trinitys belvue, under floodlights midweek may have been the first match under lights at belvue..
as a kid remember Neil fox scoring, I seem to remember gasnier playing for the Aussies . just for the record Yorkshire won, also plenty of biff in those days and we were the ones dishing it out. also being let out of school to watch hunslet versus the Aussies, massive punch up between both teams, with lots of spectator participation. I suppose nowadays there would suspensions public enquirys etc etc. sorry about the meander down memory lane but the game seems a bit lost at the moment.

| The challenge cup match's are far too close in the early rounds and then you have a big break until the semi's and then the final which has it happens is far too close to the Grand Final. It does not entice the supporters any more.
Move the final to the Springbank holiday at the end of May. I have been to the earlier rounds but will admit am not going to the semi. Reduce ticket prices as it is obvious that fans can not / will pay the current prices.

It's been asked several time before and i've still seen you yet to answer, why do you bother with it?

Cheers mate - I've always been behind the sticks for our semi-final games because the atmosphere is much better.

| Well, I am looking forward to attending
Seriously though, its not as one sided as some of you guys on here are making out.
Leeds could turn up and do Wigan, Wigan could do Leeds.
Its anyones, although of course I am hopeful of a mighty Wigan win
Now, the other semi final.........
